Formerly Leggera Foodtech, our startup is now Tekohá Foods.
We are Latin American. We are Brazilians and our name comes from the indigenous Guarani word "tekoha" (English phonetics = ˈtɛkoˈɑ), which means where you find nature, your way of life and local knowledge, or more literally, your own village.
At our "tekoha" our work is to develop technologies for nutritionous alternative proteins by sustainable processes, which allow water recycling, very low carbon emissions and land use.
