Dr. Tahlak has been a call center guru, Training and Development Professional and a Consultant. He is well versed with different geographies and cultures across the globe. He’s also a recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year, Best Consulting and Service Company awards in 2004, recognized and presented by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Few of his achievements have been as Call Center Manager of the Year Awards in 2001 and 2002, ICCM Chicago, Entrepreneur of the Year and Best Consulting Services in 2004 and the Dubai Quality Award in 2008. He is also a Board Member for Emirates Management Consulting and Training Association, an Approved Trainer for UAE University continuous learning center and for Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government. He has, and continues to mentor many officials across organizations.
