Telecare is partnering with San Diego County Behavioral Health to expand non-law enforcement crisis intervention services across all five regions of the county (South, County, East County, Central, North Central, North Inland).
The new Telecare Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) brings rapid crisis support to people in the community delivered by a dedicated team of mental health professionals with law enforcement involvement only where necessary.
It’s an exciting opportunity to expand much-needed crisis care in San Diego County — in a way that is safe, accessible, and compassionate. Our goals are to help people to get the support they need and reduce unnecessary law enforcement involvement, ER visits, and hospitalizations.
