Telecommunications Consulting & Security (TC&S) was founded in 1993 by Dale Deason. The company was formed to provide businesses and corporations expertise to prevent and identify voice network and voice system penetrations by "hackers". TC&S is considered a leader in toll fraud prevention and detection techniques for Voice Networks, PBX, and Voice Mail systems. During my 30-year career at Monsanto Company, 15 years were spent in the telecom area of the company. Also, served as the Chair of the AT&T Software Defined Network (SDN) Technical Advisory Committee and became a Charter Member of the former AT&T SDN User's Association. Monsanto accomplishments during this 15-year period included; Project Manager implementing three corporate voice networks, Manager Network Engineering, and twice the Manager Voice Network Operations, telecom savings over $ 7.5 million dollars annually were achieved, and four company Personal Performance Awards were received. Strengths include corporate network design, implementation, engineering, and operations combined with extensive experience in consulting including evaluating networks and providing project management for Voice Networks, PBX, Voice Mail systems, and transition from Avaya PBX's to "Ribbon Communication Systems". Just prior to forming TC&S, over a two-year period, consulting support coupled with technical and end-user knowledge was provided to AT&T on several toll fraud initiatives; participated in the development of AT&T's NetPROTECT Family of Services including AT&T's SDN NetPROTECT service, and led the development and implementation of the AT&T SDN Security Consulting Service; which was offered by AT&T to their client base. During this time over twenty-five specialized security consulting presentations were conducted and more than forty network security audits were performed for many of AT&T's customers.
