TELEDETECT is an interdisciplinary thematic platform (PTI) jointly coordinated by the Barcelona Expert Centre (BEC), from the Marine Sciences Institute (ICM) of the Spanish High Research Council (CSIC) and the National Institute of Aerospace Techniques (INTA). With more than 20 research institutes, this group is the preferent access point of the CSIC remote sensing capabilities.
The mission of the PTI TELEDTECT is to organise and impulse the interaction between the research CSIC teams with expertise in the area of remote sensing, with the objective of reinforcing and offering integral and efficient answers to the societal needs and of the rest of agents of the R&D system, including public authorities, companies and entities.
