Teledyne CML Composites provides a comprehensive service for the manufacture of complex composite components used in advanced engineering applications including, components and assemblies for aircraft structures and systems. Processes include the lay-up and curing by autoclave and oven cure of Epoxy and Phenolic pre-pregs using honeycomb and foam cores. Operating out of a brand new state of the art purpose built facility, Teledyne CML can offer a complete range of composite manufacturing capability including clean rooms, autoclaves, CNC machining, paint and NDT. A wide range of quality approvals including Airbus, GKN, BAE Systems, Spirit AeroSystems, AS9100 rev C and NADCAP are held so ensuring our customers receive a quality product at all times.
