TeleMasters Holdings Limited is celebrating 23 years in the telecommunications services industry. It was listed on 12 March 2007 on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited via private placement of shares at 50c each. There are 42 million shares in issue and it has traded profitably every year since inception. Our client base ranges from Enterprise (AngloAshanti, Auditor-General) to SME, we serve over 8,000clients. TeleMasters delivers full digital SIP-based telecommunication connectivity voice services across South Africa to SMEs and enterprise clients. It holds full ICASA issued ECS and ECNS telecommunication licenses as a Tier2 operator and carries all call types to all local and international destinations. It still serves many clients on cellular Least-cost routing which it is transiting to full interconnected services. We also offer an internationally acclaimed hosted digital PBX solution that replaces on-site legacy PBX equipment. Our services also encompass a partnership with specialist utility auditors who audits telecommunication misuse and inefficiencies. TeleMasters’ subsidiary DataDirect offers scalable ISP services to TeleMasters clients. Our communication income is 100% annuity based. We prize cash generation above all other measures of financial success. With healthy cash generation we are in a good position to pay substantial dividends – and so far the only company on the JSE to pay this quarterly, and without fail. Our focus has and will remain on quality – in our services and support to client we aim to provide tangibly better services to market and increase the services that add value to the user. We are supported by a channel of sales partners throughout South Africa and six Sales Managers and Business Development Managers.
