Established in 2020 by an experienced diverse team, located globally and working within Africa, with a range of skill sets across medicine, technology, finance, engineering, creative arts, education, and non-governmental organizations.
Telesim Solutions started as a team at the prestigious MIT-COVID19 Takes on Africa Hackathon challenge, to strengthen the health force in Africa to tackle COVID-19 in Africa in low resource settings, to provide affordable medical education, training, and mentorship.
Telesim solutions developed a cloud-based service-oriented platform using a data lake, database and microservices to expose capabilities, delivered across three channels. Our delivery system makes education accessible, rapid, and affordable, in even the most remote, under-served areas of Africa and the developing world during COVID-19 and for years to come.
