Tele-Upchaar is a registered Non-Profit Organisation with the intention of connecting those in need of healthcare facilities with doctors through audiovisual means of communication. Tele-Upchaar’s main goal is to provide the best care in the easiest way possible for those who have limited access to basic healthcare facilities. Telemedicine as a concept involves getting people from rural areas and inaccessible areas connected with doctors without them traveling large distances, and this is the essence of Tele-Upchaar as well.
