TELOK

TELOK, founded in 2021, is a modern, independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization operating across Serbia and the broader Balkan region. Our focus is not limited to a single field — instead, we embrace a comprehensive approach to social change through culture, education, human rights, inclusion, youth empowerment, philanthropy, and free public information. We believe that true societal progress happens where knowledge, solidarity, and freedom are combined with responsibility, action, and local context. That is why TELOK develops its activities on multiple levels — working with youth, supporting vulnerable groups, strengthening independent media, fostering digital innovation, and building international cooperation. Our approach: We do not build institutions for the sake of administration — we build them for a mission. Our work is guided by three core principles: • Social purpose: Every activity must have a tangible, positive impact on the community. • Accessibility: Knowledge, information, culture, and support must be available to everyone — without discrimination. • Action over passivity: We don’t wait for others to make a difference — we act where we can, here and now.
