Telos Residency

Telos Residency is a 10-month graduate residency program that trains and equips the next generation to lead the way to a more innovative and engaged church. The program is an immersive experience that includes: - A paid position with a local non-profit, church community, or Kingdom-minded business - A master’s degree in strategic ministry through Johnson University - Living with a host family in the urban core of Knoxville - Intentional mentoring from local non-profit leaders and missional practitioners - Rhythms and retreats that are focused on spiritual formation, relational connection, and rest
