The TELUS Financial Management Development Program (FMDP) is a CPA pre-approved three-year rotational program for accounting and finance grads looking to obtain their CPA designation. With the support of our highly-experienced team members as your mentors and managers, you will develop the skills needed to become a future leader in finance!
Having been established over four decades ago, the FMDP boasts a large stable of stellar alumni who have established successful careers at TELUS. Our rotational program allows YOU to sit in the driver’s seat as you decide your career path based on your personal interests, your strengths, your goals, and your target areas for development.
Rotations have a term of one year and are offered across the entire TELUS portfolio of businesses supported by TELUS Finance, exposing you to different teams including (but not limited to):
• Corporate and Business Unit Controllers
• Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Corporate Development/M&A
• Taxation
• Internal Audit
• Treasury
• Investor Relations
