Temple Executive Search is an executive search, training and consulting firm specialising in Corporate and Public Affairs. The firm was established by Ross Thornton and Rebecca Tabakoff in 2013, to fill a gap in the market. We wanted to deliver executive search and counsel for both candidates and clients from the perspective of people who have actually worked in corporate affairs. Together, Ross and Rebecca have more than 40 years of corporate affairs, communications and political experience. We both started our careers as political staffers, have worked in house and in agency consulting to many of Australia’s ASX top 100 as well as leading private companies. . Our approach is unique because we understand the roles that our clients need to fill because, unlike other recruiters, we have actually performed those roles ourselves within major corporates, governments, and consultancies. We know the best people to fill roles because their network of candidates are our former peers and colleagues. Chances are we have either worked with the right candidate, consulted to them or are one degree of separation from someone who has. With our years of experience setting up teams and training them, we can help structure your corporate affairs function and once the team is established, provide professional development for them ranging from one on one coaching through to full day workshops.
