Templegate Group currently operates in two areas; Specialist Executive Search and Specialist Financial Services. Our Executive Search Team deals exclusively in the Financial Service Sector. The focus is to source strong candidates for senior, executive or other highly specialised positions within Industry. The second part of the Group is our core Financial Service Team, this team deal with a wide range of Specialist Recruitment within the Financial Services sector, their main areas includes Financial Planning; IFA’s; Paraplanners and Mortgage Advisor's. Other specialist areas within this sector include Investment Management and Private Banking positions. Within the Financial Service sector we have strong clients who are also experts in Business Buy outs and providing long term exit strategies.
