TenAces Biosciences is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of molecular glue therapeutics. Our molecular glues are small molecules that can induce or stabilize the interaction between an E3 ligase and a target protein. This enhanced binding accelerates the tagging with ubiquitin, and subsequent removal of the target protein by the proteasome. Our approach, based on machine learning, 3D modeling and virtual compound screening, allows for the development of rationally designed molecular glues for a wide range of diseases.
