With over 30 years of combined rail experience across Australia, the United Kingdom, and South Africa, the founding members of Tenax Protection identified a critical shortage of suitably trained, experienced, and supported Safeworking professionals. Established in early 2019 with a team of four handpicked Train Field Protection Coordinators (TFPCs), Tenax Protection set out with a clear vision: to provide the Victorian railway network with highly competent and well-supported Safeworking personnel. Since our inception, we have experienced significant and consistent growth, driven by our commitment to quality and excellence. From a small team, we have expanded rapidly to meet the growing demand for our services, and our trajectory continues to trend upward.
