Tenbüro was formed by a team of global strategy and retail entrepreneurs, whose experience spans strategy development, global banking, listed corporations, fund management, brand design and operations. The Ten team understand that solid and engaging retail or corporate brand strategy is not simply the best design, or the coolest concept. It’s a combination of the tangible, physical elements intertwined with the intangible characteristics of mood and emotion, all supporting a viable business case, without the perception of ever doing so. ‘Aspirational Retail’ is about the complete and unshakeable connection between consumer and brand, and not necessarily the physical properties that exist inside four walls. It is the unmistakable belief that the consumer’s experience is all about ‘them’ and less of you.
