Demand for labor is high in European countries and other developed countries. European countries are facing the problem of an aging population, which has implications for labor shortages. There is a need for labor in European countries such as Germany, Hungary, Poland, Spain, the Czech Republic, and Italy, which reaches 700,000 per year. On the other hand, Indonesia actually has a labor surplus. The total workforce is 140 million people and is increasing on average by 3–4 million per year, of which 63% are vocational school or polytechnic graduates, while the unemployment rate at the vocational school level is the largest (contributing 48% of the total unemployment).
