Tensor is a company founded on the principle of providing solutions for the unconventional problems faced daily. Tensor combines a broad base of knowledge and experience across engineering and design principles working in the esoteric world of innovation smack dab in the middle of an environment of government constraints, myopic thinking, bureaucracy, slow adoption of technology and contractual lethargy. At Tensor, emphasis is placed on finding high performers across a range of disciplines forming a team of employees, partners and capability providers able to address customer challenges. Our focus is on removing constraints from the thought process, working with the customer throughout the solution process and delivering what was promised.
