TEPHRA DESIGN is a creative design label conceptualized and founded in 2022 by Ryan Hoai Duong. Fixated on delivering product with form, function, and refinement. The label sits at the cross-section of modern utilitarianism and artistic approach. Subversive experimentation is heavily conveyed through the label's ethos and design language, as it strives to push boundaries of the modern design agenda forward. Metaphorically, the label derives its principles from the purpose of Tephra ashfall. As the disruptive nature of fragment rock declines from the air, the sedimentation of the ashes on land serves the long term purpose of fertilizing soil. Synonymous with the design strategy of the label, the aggressive nature of striking visuals serves the purpose of driving the innovative nature of the brand.
