An inspirational thought leader spanning categories in men's apparel, athletic apparel, men's and women's & kid's footwear, kids apparel, luggage and accessories. With expertise in strategic planning, inventory management, talent development and leadership, Tom builds relationships and manages change. A recognized leader who brings to market innovative strategies that drive growth. He began his retail career in stores as a teenager, following his grandparents into the business as a cashier and stocking shelves. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Fashion Institute of Technology and is energized by training the next generation of retailers.
