Tercus HR was born out of the 2008 downturn, when the founder and director had her very own eureka moment providing HR and administrative solutions to businesses who need to concentrate on growing and not get bogged down in HR, admin and bureaucracy. Let’s face it, the Human Resources function has often developed a reputation for either being taken for granted or avoided like the plague, and why wouldn’t it be? If you’re running a growing small business, the last thing you want to be is slowed down with rules, onerous processes, red tape and bureaucracy.
