Terence Jets

Terence Jets is a privately-owned innovative Australian aerospace start-up company that has conducted the design work for the UltraJet™1672A (UJ1672A), the air racing safety infrastructure and developed a unique air racing format. Terence Jets is currently exploring and pursuing opportunities in the business commercial world to exploit the potential of the UJ1672A in the motorsport of air racing and other potential markets including Private Aviation, Defence and Propulsion. The UJ1672A is a lightweight, very high performance aerobatic jet aircraft that has a unique shape/configuration. UJ stands for UltraJet™, “1672” the birthdate of Terry the designer and “A” represents the first version of the aircraft. The UJ1672A has the flying capabilities of a modern military jet fighter, whilst being substantially less complex primarily due to its compact size, simplified aircraft structure, basic systems architecture and significantly reduced number of systems. Terence Jets is located in Sydney, Australia and was established in 2017 by Terry Burton, an aerospace engineer and the company’s director.
