Nel 1997è stata introdotta la nuova Linea professionale HOCHMOOR, che rappresenta la risposta concreta a tutte le esigenze dei floricoltori per un orto-florovivaismo di qualità elevata.
Sin dagli esordi la famiglia Cadei si adopera per reperire materie prime in tutta Europa (Estonia, Lettonia, Austria, Germania, Francia, Spagna e Portogallo) e oltreoceano (Canada), importando direttamente da diversi fornitori di torbe e materie prime, certificate a marchio europeo RHP.
Oggi Terflor è una realtà produttiva che si estende su una superficie di più di 50.000 metri quadri, dotata di un laboratorio di ricerca e sviluppo interno (Centro Analisi Hochmoor), un impianto costituito da miscelatori automatici computerizzati e tecnologie strutturali in grado di assicurarle un grande futuro.
