Terminus Energy is an early stage start-up that is looking to revolutionize high speed charging with an advanced design for a flywheel. With a storage capacity equivalent that of 40 EVs and and a discharge power fast enough to simultaneously charge 6 EVs in under 15 minutes, a single flywheel could power a Megawatt Charging System. We are looking at fundamentally changing the way charging points operate by using our flywheels as a medium between the grid and the electric vehicle. We see our flywheels becoming a need at all high speed charging stations, particularly in locations where the grid delivers a low power output.
