We are a Mexican company incorporated in 1996 and dedicated to heat treatment processes of the highest quality. Thanks to our more than 24 years of experience, we have technologically developed a reliable solution in the generation of hard surface layers through the application of the thermochemical treatment of salt bath nitruration.
This process provides resistance to wear, fatigue and corrosion in aggressive environments. The advantage shown by this process is that there is no deformation or modification in the geometry, resulting in protection, hardness and adherence to tolerance standards.
We also have a state-of-the-art Swiss heat treatment line that allows us to carry out Austenizing (Martempering & Austempering) and Carburizing treatments with salt bath cooling, reducing deformation as much as possible.
We comply with the requirements of the quality management system under ISO 9001:2015, the continuous training of our staff and a commitment to the environment, safety and continuous improvement of our processes.
