Terra Explorers Limited was incorporated in March 2018 by highly experienced oil industry professionals with a focus on delivering substantial value to shareholders through selective investments to develop both conventional and unconventional oil and gas fields in Mongolia. The Board of Directors have a proven track record in creating and growing companies in the natural resources space and have established a multi-disciplinary team of professionals with worldwide experience from frontier, new country entry to full oilfield-cycle development of both conventional and unconventional hydrocarbons. The team has in excess of 250 years of global oil company experience and some 50 years of combined Mongolian experience. The special focus on Mongolia has enabled the evaluation of 80% of the existing PSC’s and the high grading of selected exploration and development opportunities for investment and joint venture partnership.
