We also offer the Advanced Search function, which will allow you to instantly sort through all of the properties in Los Angeles to find those that are eligible for the city's Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) program, which adds tremendous value for investors. Our founders have decades of experience in real estate development in Los Angeles, and they continued to encounter the same problem over and over again. In order to determine the maximum development potential of a property, they would have to spend hours, or even days, collecting information and making calculations. To remedy this glaring problem, we have completely automated that process with an advanced algorithm to tell real estate professionals and developers within seconds whether a property is worth their time, or not.
