TerraNovo Group

TerraNovo is an investment firm focused on encouraging the transition from industrial/chemical agriculture to regenerative/organ agriculture — and in so-doing increasing the withdrawal of CO2 from the atmosphere by increasing its sequestration in the 38% of the earth's land surface currently devoted to agriculture. We are doing this by building a series of funds, each of which invests in farm or range land within a specific country or for a specific crop. We then lease or sell this land to farmers or cattle ranchers who practice regenerative organic farming. TerraNovo acts as the Managing Partner in each of these funds. Each fund is set up as a separate REIT, each farm or ranch as a separate LLC. The figure below shows the relationships between the entities, Collectively we refer to them as the TerraNovo Group.
