The company was established in 2012 and primarily services the resources sector, but also works with land developers, utilities as well as state and local governments. Terratree’s Mission is to provide appropriate and accurate environmental consulting services and advice to our clients based on a clear understanding of environmental legislation, regulatory guidelines and relevant biological science. Terratree has a core team of five biologists who possess substantial experience in the fields of botany, taxonomy, and zoology. The company also works collaboratively with a network of specialist consultants including Dieback interpreters, soil scientists, waste management consultants and geo-spatial information specialists. Terratree environmental consultants possess a comprehensive understanding of the environmental regulatory framework and requirements relating to environmental impact assessment and management in Western Australia. This understanding has been gained through extensive experience working in industry, environmental consulting, and government environmental regulatory sectors. We make every effort to avoid unnecessary delays and minimise the cost of environmental approvals for our clients. Terratree takes a pragmatic outcome-based approach to work and takes pride in our ability to design and schedule field surveys so as to collect the correct data as safely and efficiently as possible.
