Terre Ducali, founded in 1975 in Lesignano de’ Bagni, a town close to Parma, is nestled in the heart of Emilia Romagna’s Food Valley: a rich landscape where climate, soil, and tradition give life to products of excellence, including Salame Felino PGI and Strolghino salami. Today, as it has always been, we select our meats carefully, turning our attention to quality and to respect the environment. We scrupulously follow each production process starting from our own farms, to slaughter and processing.
