Très concrètement, que fait Terroe ? Nous mutualisons la production locale de légumes, les transformons au sein de mini-unités d’épluchage et découpe et fournissons les cantines et restaurants en légumes prêts à l’emploi locaux, ultra-frais et sains.
Finies les frites surgelées ayant fait le tour de l’Europe avant d’arriver dans les assiettes de nos enfants : nous les remplaçons par des pommes de terre produites et découpées localement, bonnes pour notre santé et pour la planète !
