Dave Guerin is the main analyst and writer for Tertiary Insight. He loves the way tertiary education touches so many people, groups, and cogs of the economy. Tertiary Insight gives him an excuse to satisfy his curiosity about the tertiary education sector, and get paid for it. He has worked as a consultant, policy adviser and lobbyist for over 20 years across all parts of tertiary education and government.
