John Kongsvik is the director and the lead trainer for the organization. All professional development programs are educational, experiential, and empowering. We provide interactive approaches to training that present practice approaches to setting students up for success. TESOL Trainers' iCOACH is a transformative peer coaching program that scaffolds 90-100% of the teachers into implementing content from PD effectively.
