About Tessmak Construction

Tessmak Construction, born 2013 by a Civil Engineer, is a family business that only specializes on residential construction, and all involved in housing. The company builds houses from an individual house to a large scale (commercial) housing of either single story or multi story. Tessmak Construction has built houses, school, student accommodation and even rural government funded school toilets. We do turnkey projects from clearing the site, setting out, foundations, brickwork, concrete work (slab and staircase), roof, indoor and outdoor finishes. Each project is run by a qualified Site Manager and a team of qualified and experienced tradesmen. We do not believe in one man does it all, hence, we have departments for specific work. Apart from Construction work Tessmak Construction also does Project Management. We run a project from Initiation stage, Planning stage, Implementation stage and Conclusion stage. Our managers are well trained to run any housing project big or small. Tessmak Construction is Based in Pretoria, Gauteng province. The company, however, has done projects in Limpopo province, North West province, Mpumalanga province and Western Cape province. Today the company has Project managers in every province ready to run projects in your town. Tessmak Construction has the capacity to build anywhere in South Africa. Tessmak Construction is a member of National Housing and Building Registration Council (NHBRC). We have always invited the NHBRC officials to come and do in-service workshops with our teams and this has made us produce quality work. We also work closely with several Engineers and Architects for years now. This kind of relationship has made us keep up to a high standard and quality work.
