Test & Measurement Systems Inc. (TAMS)

TAMS was a privately held technology company that designed and marketed proprietary I/O interfaces and instrument control/functional test software, supported and remanufactured workstations and migrated hardware, programs and data from HP-UX to Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Our software and industrial computing products were primarily used in semiconductor, manufacturing and circuit board test systems and enabled manufacturing and test engineers to extend the life of legacy code and to deploy lower cost and more stable automated test equipment (ATE). TAMS software, hardware designs and intellectual property were acquired by Keysight Technologies and Advantest.
