Test Head Engineering designs and builds custom test fixtures for electronic and electric devices. We make functional test fixtures, in-circuit 3070 test fixtures, RF test fixtures, and latch-on test fixtures. We also build pod and nest fixtures for testing components, sub-assemblies, and batteries. Since 1999, we have built thousands of fixtures according to our customers' needs. Our designers blend the device-under-test's physical and electrical with the test engineer's testing requirements to design the perfect test fixture. Once we have the customer's approval of the custom fixture design, we fabricate and assemble the fixtures in our vertically integrated factory. Many of our fixtures are completed within just 2 weeks.
