Testimony Arts

Testimony Arts Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2021, focusing on developing a capability program for at-risk youth, vulnerable and unemployed individuals, and early school leavers in Maryborough, QLD. The program aims to address social exclusion, build social resilience, and create opportunities for civic and economic participation. Using the creative industries, repair and restoration, circular economy, social enterprise, and vocational training opportunities, the organisation collaborates with various stakeholders to strengthen skills, promote community-led ways of working, and support Microenterprise Development (MED). Testimony Arts advocates for the Right to Repair movement and values repair practices through transgenerational knowledge exchange. By integrating lived experience, place-based change, enterprise thinking, and sustainable practices, the organisation aims to tackle socio-economic challenges faced by regional youth in Australia.
