The TEV (tracked electric vehicle) Project is an open-source transportation infrastructure solution for the 21st century. TEV is a specially constructed, dedicated electrified track where compatible cars and fleet travel, under full automatic control, for thousands of miles if needed. Vehicles will travel on the track safely at high speeds, enabling greater throughput compared to a traditional two-lane track of road.
Powered entirely by electricity, TEV will achieve this without burning any fuel at all and without the cars or fleet needing to be recharged throughout the journey, irrespective of distance.
It will revolutionise how we travel as it makes electric vehicles the transport of now, not just a hope for the future.
