Texas Aero Engine Service Limited (TAESL) was formed in April 1998 as a 50:50 joint venture between American Airlines and Rolls-Royce. During it's run, TAESL repaired and overhauled Tay 620/650, RB211 and Trent 800 engines for American Airlines and other operators around the globe.
The company ceased operations in December 2015.
