With Texas College Bridge, high school juniors and seniors can take online college preparatory courses, strengthening their English and math skills prior to enrolling in college and setting them on a path to postsecondary success.
Texas College Bridge was launched in 2020 to assist school districts with their students’ college preparedness needs during the COVID pandemic, when administration of SAT, ACT and TSIA were put on hold. Since its inception, more than 600 Texas school districts have utilized the program, facilitating more than 375,000 course completions and helping thousands of academically at-risk students get college ready -- students who otherwise may not have felt capable of pursuing a college career.
Today, Texas College Bridge continues as a collaborative effort by two nonprofit organizations, The Commit Partnership and The NROC Project, the developer of the EdReady platform, along with other supporting partners, who are collectively driven by a mission to improve college readiness and postsecondary outcomes for academically at-risk students across Texas.
