At the Texas Sinus Center, we believe that providing a diagnosis up-front, before beginning any ENT treatment, is crucial to a successful outcome for you. In addition to a careful review of your medical history, we can, if needed, perform a variety of important diagnostic procedures in-office. These include nasal endoscopy, low-dose CT scan, and allergy testing. Since 2001 the Texas Sinus Center has been focused on providing sinus care to San Antonio and South Texas patients. In 2006 we added in-office CT scanning, and were one of the first to offer balloon sinuplasty as a minimally invasive approach to sinus surgery. In 2007 we began research on balloon sinuplasty and have since helped publish 6 medical papers on this subject. In 2011 we began offering in-office balloon sinuplasty under local anesthesia, and continue to perform these in-office procedures on a regular basis.
