Texas State Adjusters LLC is a Risk Management and Recovery company that is focused towards "Operational Risk" Management. This type of risk exposure is the risk of loss to property as a result of inadequate or failed internal systems, or from external events generally relating to adverse weather. For our clients who have incurred a loss as a result of Operational Risk: We have recovered Millions of Dollars for property damage resulting from Hail, Fire, and Hurricanes. We are successful because we use Thermal Imaging and non-invasive moisture testing to demonstrate our findings and opinions through science. For our clients that have prepared for Operational Risks and have not incurred a related loss: We evaluate risk exposures and identify "gaps" in procedures or insurance coverage. To facilitate the reconciliation of these issues we propose appropriate solutions and assist in the acquisition of accurate coverage and implementation of Risk Retention as necessary. Contingency plans are established, allowing them to be implemented immediately following a loss. Ultimately this structured approach saves valuable time and resources.
