After years of working in the recruiting industry, David Marvin realized there was a need to provide an executive search service that would focus on building and maintaining professional relationships. His goal was to connect the right people with the right companies. In 2005 Mr. Marvin founded Gateway Recruiting Resources with that goal in mind. Gateway Recruiting transitioned to TexasExec in 2010 with a concentrated effort on the financial industry. Since that time TexasExec has refined the process to ensure both candidate and client enter a working relationship that is mutually beneficial.
