Queer Business Student Association

The Queer Business Student Association serves to provide an open and professional environment for students of The Red McCombs School of Business to promote workplace equality and representation of the LGBTQIA+ community in the corporate setting. By promoting representation and visibility, we can show students that achieving a successful and fulfilling career is possible in the corporate world. Our goal internally is to develop members by giving them the knowledge, skills, and acumen so they can better navigate the professional setting. QBSA seeks to be a platform in which students, professionals, and employers are connected to foster stronger relationships within the LGBTQIA+ professional community. Within McCombs, QBSA will provide a space for healthy discussion and understanding between all students.
