As an organization we offer work based training and work experience for adults and young people with mental ill health problems, preparing them for employment .On the job training is on going, it can take between 2 to 3 years to learn and retain the skills required. This work based training is integrated with the contracts and orders we manufacture from all sectors of the soft furnishing industry
