Textorial Park

Textorial Park is an office campus located near the very center of Łódź – in the area of Księży Młyn – in the former cotton warehouses of Karol Scheibler's factory. The facility was built in 2008, and the company that built it, St. Paul's Developments Polska, became one of the forerunners of the revitalization of Łódź's post-factory buildings and their transformation into a modern workplace. The complex consists of three class A office buildings, connected by a glass atrium. Textorial Park offers a total of almost 14,000 sq m of commercial space, of which 5,000 sq m is located in Building A, 4,000 sq m in Building B and 4,300 sq m in Building C.
