Having experience in the residential rental market since 2010 Stuart & Matt decided that 2017 was the time to seek further professional development and make this passion a business.
We now own a portfolio of Residential Buy to Let properties and Houses with Multiple Occupancy (HMOs) across South Wales and North West England.
Our strategy is structured around buying Below Market Value properties (BMV) in carefully qualified areas of rental and resale demand. Each property is purchased BMV, we then add value to the property through refurbishment and release equity at current market value.
We have been taught by one of the UK’s leading providers of property training, completed a series of specialist training courses and have worked with several mentors one-on-one to develop our skills.
With a constantly changing market it's vital to us that we remain up to date with every change that impacts property investing; be it political, economic, regulatory or financial.
