TFChem est une entreprise de R&D créée en juillet 2007 par le Dr Géraldine Deliencourt-Godefroy. Elle est implantée sur le PharmaParc de Val de Reuil (Haute-Normandie).
TFChem exploite les propriétés du fluor dans le développement de Biomîmes pour l'élaboration de nouveaux ingrédients cosmétiques plus sûres, plus stables et plus efficaces.
L'entreprise possède un portefeuille de composés brevetés : agents dépigmentants, anti-âge...
Pour la qualité et le caractère innovant de sa technologie, TFChem a reçu plusieurs distinctions ; En 2012, TFChem a reçu une subvention, accordée par le ministère français de l’Economie, des Finances et de l’Industrie lors du 12ème appel à projet du FUI, pour le développement d'un agent dépigmentant.
L’entreprise a fusionné le 31 mars 2011 avec la société canadienne de biotechnologie, Sirona Biochem Corp, spécialisée dans la recherche thérapeutique pour lutter contre le diabète et l’obésité.
