TFG Housing Resources

TFG Housing Resources was created in 2023 as a response to a glaring need for quality affordable housing development in the Midwestern United States. The modern housing crisis has reached an apex, as renters have fewer and fewer affordable options that are safe and secure for their families. TFG Housing Resources seeks to lessen the affordability burden by rehabilitating distressed affordable housing properties, as well as building new ones. Our mission is based on the core principle that quality affordable housing should be easily attainable. Housing security is the bedrock of any thriving neighborhood, and TFG Housing Resources seeks to enhance the communities in which we live. The company was founded by five affordable housing professionals, who combined share over ninety years of affordable housing experience. The company’s chairman Wes Finch, has been developing quality affordable housing since the early 1980s. Our team has experience with a variety of different public and private funding sources. These include, but are not limited to, low-income housing tax credits, new market tax credits, historic tax credits, section 8 public housing, RAD transitions and PRAC 202. Our team has the expertise to advise others on the best path to rehabilitate their existing portfolios, or to build new projects in their community. In addition to development, we also provide services as a financial advisor, consultant and planner.
